Sorry for the brief down time this morning. It seems that with the Apple update to 10.4.4, mysql moved where it stored it’s socket connection file. It used to be stored in /var/mysql/ and it is now in /tmp/. This caused a problem for PHP which had no idea that the location changed. I simply created a soft link from the new location to the expected location and BINGO….PHP is happy again!

Sorry for the “techy” talk. I promise to keep things like this off the AndyCast…unless I have a complete Tech OUT show…Probably when I get the new MacBook…including the new Garageband….with the podcast studio…
